Definitions:
1.1 "You" or "Your" means an individual or entity exercising rights under
this agreement who has not previously violated the terms of this agreement with
respect to the Work, or who has received express permission from the
to exercise rights under this agreement (whether the individual has only been
granted permission to have portions of the agreement or the complete agreement
be applicable) despite a previous violation.
1.2 "We", "Us", or "Ours" means means the Provider of this Agreement.
1.3 "This website" or "Our website" means any website of ours, and includes
all web pages controlled by us.
1.4 "Your SammTech.net Account" means the account you have created on this
website that is currently being used in this term if applicable
Termination:
3.1 Term. We operate payments and termination on a renewal period basis
therefore this agreement renews or ends after the term anyone
with access to your SammTech.net Account have selected on this website
has ended
